Return/ Refund policy of ‘BelaObela.com.bd’
Please
note that you must contact us instantly after receiving a defective or broken
item on delivery. You must contact us over phone and apply via the return form
in our website. You must return the product with the delivery man as well.
We'll bear the fee for return delivery. If you do not inform us at the time of
delivery, the item will not be taken back and ‘BelaObela.com.bd’ will not be held liable. Customers are requested to
contact our customer care team as soon as possible for return of unwanted
products.
N:B - If you confirm and hold a product with booking money, and refuse to get it later, Booking money is not refundable as the cost of holding fee.
Standard Delivery Time:
- Inside Dhaka: 3 working days.
- Outside Dhaka: 5 working days.
Steps to return the
product:
In
the time of delivery, if you are not satisfied with the delivered product or if
the model does not match, you must contact us instantly over phone. You have to
fill up and submit our complaint form in the website as well. You must return
the product with the delivery guy, if
the products you have got are 'damaged',' faulty' or 'not as defined' and we
will solve your issue within 3 working days (outside Dhaka 5 working days)
after receiving your notice. You will get a replacement product according to
your order or get money refund.
The products that you
can return are:
The
product is not eligible for return, if the product is not -
1. Defective product
2. Physically damaged product
3. Product that does not match the
proposed model
4. Product quality is not as described
If the product is warranty
product -
When
the product does not perform from the beginning, it is considered as ‘Dead
on Arrival’ (DOA). Within 3 days of arrival, customers can report to ‘BelaObela.com.bd’
points regarding DOA. We will bring the product back from the client and replace
the product within 7 working days without any extra charge.
But
‘BelaObela.com.bd’ will not be held responsible for warranty claims for products which
fall under these conditions:
1. The warranty period is expired.
2. Any component/part of the product
is missing.
3. Products damaged by accidents,
bent/broken/burnt, misuse, improper installation and unauthorized repair.
4. Products damaged by natural
disasters such as lighting strikes, floods & earthquakes.
5. Serial number of products does not
match or damaged, removed or cannot be identified clearly.
6. Product identification information
altered, obliterated or removed.
7. Products have been sold by
unauthorized distributors, agents or resellers.
8. Malfunction of products resulted
from failed repair from unauthorized servicing.
9. The warranty is not applicable for
power supply, adapter, batteries, cables, stands, remote controls and other nonserial
precuts.
If
‘BelaObela’ is able to deliver the product according to your order, the refund
policy will not be applicable and you could not cancel the order. If ‘BelaObela’
fails to deliver the product according to your order, you can cancel the order
and ask us for refund. All refunds are entirely refunded within 7 days of your
return being issued and processed by us.
Refund process:
1. Provide your invoice details by emailing us at support@belaobela.com.bd
2. We will confirm the refund request over phone and will inform you the details.
3. For Bank: If you used a card to pay us, we will request a bank refund, which will take 7-10 working days (Credit card payment return may take longer depending on Commercial Banks).
4. For Bkash: We will send the money within 2-3 working days in your required account number, if you pay us in Bkash.
